- TCPA staff prepares a report that explains and analyzes the criteria that must be met for the Planning Commission and/or Board to approve an application. You’ll find links to those Staff reports on this page.
- Typically, you’ll find the Staff report(s) on this page about a week before the public hearing.
- After the public hearing and once the Planning Commission and/or Board has made a decision, the Staff reports are removed from this page.
