UNAPPROVED MINUTES Meeting called to order by Pedersen. PRESENT: Gary Pedersen, Mary Abernathy, Lyle Peck, Norbert Keefe, David McGuire, Dennis Manning The minutes were presented in written form. Pedersen ask for any corrections. Minutes stand as read. Pedersen ask for any old business. Pedersen ask for new business. Mannings are asking for a Metes and Bounds subdivision request. See attached. Board reviewed recommendations of TCPA. Manning explained that they want to sell off the house & building site. Keefe made motion to approve Metes and Bounds split. Seconded by McGuire. McGuire gave a report on TCPA Meeting. Olmsted County has changed their ordinance so County ordinance is now more stringent. Pedersen made motion to accept and make resolution to appoint Geoff Griffin as septic inspector. McGuire seconded this motion. Sample ask if township would provide culverts for driveways. Road is not owned by township so township will not provide culverts. Pedersen was approached by a land owner about doing a subdivision. Land owner will present this to the next land use meeting.
