UNAPPROVED MINUTES Meeting called to order at 7:30 by Abernathy. PRESENT: Gary Pedersen, Mary Abernathy, Lyle Peck, Norbert Keefe, David McGuire, Jim Stannard Minutes were presented in written form. Keefe made motion seconded by Mcguire to accept minutes as written. Stannard is the Olmsted County Feed Lot Technician. Olmsted County does not have a count of the feed lots in the county. Not regulatory. Ten year period to get in compliance if feed lot has registration. Permits kick in for thousand animal units. Making notes on feed lots that he sees when he is driving around the county .Problem comes when animals are confined. McGuire questioned amount spent on general fund. It was felt that $12000.00 the year would cover it. Subdivision Roadway Design Standards was discussed. Pedersen made motion to accept this seconded by McGuire. Pedersen made motion to appoint Jay Krueger of CMF as official building inspector for Elmira Township. McGuire seconded the motion. Pedersen made motion to put minutes on TCPA's Web Site. Seconded by McGuire. Checks numbered 4209 through 4222 were approved paid. Pedersen made motion to accept seconded by Keefe. All motions were unanimously approved. Meeting was closed.
